010LAB is a strategic product lab and growth partner for brands. We co-found, vision, and build—combining deep positioning, content factories, and performance. Clients include Nikibrah (Health Coach platform), Wayvee Analytics (Emotion AI), Swipe Games, and high-potential B2C & SaaS products. For Nikibrah (Health Coach platform) we're seeking a **hands-on, data-driven Content & SMM Manager to architect our content engine, drive social growth, and directly impact revenue.

What You'll Do:

• Develop & Own Content Strategy: Build a 24/7 content factory—long-form, Reels, carousels, podcasts, newsletters.
• Create & Manage Production Briefs: Write clear, actionable briefs for writers, designers, and videographers.
• Social Media Execution: Plan, schedule, and publish across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor CTR, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics; iterate rapidly.
• Data-Driven Growth: Use analytics to refine topics, formats, and posting cadence for maximum impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketers and product teams.

KPIs:

• Content Volume & Cadence: Minimum 5 high-impact posts per week (Reels, carousels, stories, blog posts).
• Engagement Rate: Minimum 5% average across channels.
• Follower Growth: Minimum 20% month-over-month on key platforms.
• Content-Driven Revenue: Direct attribution for €X in ARR from content-led campaigns.
• Lead Generation: Measurable number of qualified leads per month via content touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German, with understanding of the DACH audience.
• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, SMM, or editorial roles.
• Proven track record of scaling social channels to six-figure followings.
• Strong understanding of funnel logic and content's role across the funnel.
• Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, native social insights).
• Ability to craft briefs in Figma/Canva and coordinate remote creative teams.

Location & Hours:

• Remote (EET ±3 hrs) or Cyprus-based (preferred).
• Full-time, core team position (not freelance).
• 5-day workweek.
• Strategic and proactive approach to spotting trends and opportunities.
