We are a progressive developer in the Metaverse, pioneering in offering premium apartments and spaces. Our innovative project, the Meta Residence Tower, is a blend of advanced technology and luxurious living. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community and Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging virtual community around our project. Manage the member experience and drive initiatives that build long-term engagement.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media channels including Discord, Twitter, and Instagram. You will be expected to create, schedule, and post captivating content, interact with followers, respond to queries in a time
Hosting Twitter Spaces and Voice Chats: Engage with the community through regular Twitter spaces and voice chats. Use these platforms to share updates, field questions, and gather feedback.
Growth of Social Metrics: Employ strategies to increase our social media footprint, follower count, engagement rate, mentions, and overall visibility. Develop innovative campaigns that spark conversations and shareability.
AI Tools Usage: Utilize advanced AI tools, such as GPT and Midjourney, for various aspects of community management and user engagement. Your ability to navigate these tools will be a key part of this role.
Ticketing System Management: Implement a streamlined ticketing system to promptly address community queries, feedback, and concerns. Ensure top-notch customer service and foster user satisfaction.
Discord Management: Create distinct roles, ratings, invitation systems, and reward schemes within our Discord server to foster a dynamic and engaging community.
Brand Collaboration: Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with other brands and influencers that align with our values and can help expand our reach.
Content Plan: Develop a comprehensive content plan that aligns with our brand's voice and values. This includes visual content, text, and scheduling posts using advanced tools.
Marketing Expenses Curation: Oversee the marketing budget, including selecting and liaising with advertising companies, to ensure effective use of resources.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics from our social media channels to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Activities Planning and Execution: Strategize, plan, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities and campaigns that increase community engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
Experience in WEB3 is beneficial but not necessary
Advanced user of AI tools like GPT, Midjourney
Extensive experience with social media platforms (Discord, Twitter, Instagram)
Experience hosting Twitter spaces and voice chats
Excellent collaboration skills with a proven track record of successful brand partnerships
Ability to curate marketing expenses and select effective advertising companies
Proven ability in reporting and analytics
Exceptional ability to craft engaging and unique content
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of Metaverse platforms will be a plus
Passion for building communities, continuous learning, implementing new approaches, and experimenting
Awareness and understanding of Web3, DAO, Metaverses, and Decentraland would be beneficial but not necessary.
Job is fully remote.
Salary: The salary for this role is market-based (according this post https://t.me/compotchat/175479 and will be commensurate with the qualifications and skills of the selected candidate. We offer a competitive salary range which is negotiable for candidates with exceptional skills or those who can cover more responsibilities.
